Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with experience hiring for US-based IT and Telecom roles. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from understanding client requirements to closing positions within timelines, while ensuring compliance with US hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Sourcing:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT and Telecom positions.
  • Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
  • Screen resumes based on technical and telecom skill requirements.

Requirement Understanding:
  • Understand and analyze US client job requirements.
  • Recruit for roles such as:
    • IT: Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Network Engineers, System Admins.
    • Telecom: OSP/Fiber Engineers, Network Designers, RF Engineers, Field Engineers, Data Center Technicians.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers / Clients to clarify job details.

Candidate Screening & Coordination:
  • Conduct initial HR and technical screening.
  • Verify candidate details including:
    • Work authorization (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.).
    • Availability, location, rate/salary expectations.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

US Hiring Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate documentation for US staffing guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with US labor laws and client policies.
  • Maintain candidate records and status updates.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:
  • Share daily/weekly recruitment status reports.
  • Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills:
  • 2-5 years of experience in US IT and/or Telecom recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of US staffing process and terminology.
  • Experience working with US time zones.
  • Good understanding of IT and Telecom technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with MSP/VMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of data center, fiber, OSP, network, and cloud roles.
  • Hands-on experience using ATS tools.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and multiple requirements.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Work Environment:
  • Night shift / US shift.
  • Fast-paced staffing environment.
  • Performance-driven role with hiring targets.
