Required Experience-
- Minimum 4 years in Bid Management, Market Research, Data Analysis & Telecom Industry experience will be preferred.
Job Description:
Solution Management:
- Account Management, Business case preparation along with the financials.
Business Development:
- Bid Management, Bid Analysis, Managed Services, Tracking case/business inflow,
- Renewal of expiring customer contracts to ensure business continuity.
Documentation:
- Response to RFP/RFQ/RFI, Bid preparation, BOQ & BOM Preparations, Customer.
- Presentations, Services Solution Description, Cost & Price proposal, website and social media content management, Customer Portal updating.
Research:
- Study and present technical trends that affects the business model, Identify potential customers and partners and support customer on-boarding proces.
Data Analysis:
- Cost benchmarking, Cost Optimization, Service Level Agreement, Competitive Analysis, GRN preparation.
- Quality and Health and Safety.
- Maintain and upgrade QHS manual, Support in ISO certification.
- Support to Sales Team in responding to RFP/RFI/RFQ, Bid Support related to Network Equipment and Software for Telcos.
- Initiating Kick Off Calls, requirement stripping along with Solutioning, Services, Implementation teams for new & existing Bids.
- Provide standard/customized solutions and offer material (Statement of Compliance, Services Costing, BOQ, BOM, Standard Pricing, and Contract Annexures).
- Follow up with different departmental heads for go ahead & discussion regarding existing bids.
- Support Solution Sales team to create win plans and deal strategies for key sales opportunities.
- Professional tendering to ensure cost-effective Services solutions, consolidate & manage service deliverable from different Business Groups.
- Understanding client/operator requirements & matching them with Ericsson services portfolios and translating to solutions to provide clear customer value and benefits.
- Optimize cost and maximize effectiveness and efficiency in winning New & Renew customer AMC contracts.
- Post-Sales support as a SPOC for handling all queries/change requests related to the project.
- Identifying the gaps and proposing cost-effective technical solutions working with Engineering team.
Other required Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel (must-have).
- PowerPoint (client presentations).
- Knowledge of Costing & Pricing is preferred.
- Data Analytical Skills.
- RFP / RFQ / RFI handling.
