Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst who will play a critical role in improving operational efficiency across the organization. This is not a financial analyst role—the focus is on process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and operational optimization.

You will act as a bridge between business operations and technology, working closely with leadership to drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Optimization:
  • Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop process maps and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Data Analysis & Modeling:
  • Collect, interpret, and analyze data to support business decisions.
  • Build models for forecasting, trend analysis, and KPI tracking.
  • Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements.
Strategic Improvement Initiatives:
  • Design and implement policies, procedures, and process improvements.
  • Drive initiatives focused on productivity, cost optimization, and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and IT teams.
  • Align operational processes with overall business objectives.
Reporting & Insights:
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and measurable ROI.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education::
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
Experience:
  • 5-10 years of experience in Business Analysis / Operations / Process Improvement.
Core Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with data forecasting and performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Ability to handle complex datasets and derive insights.
Technical Skills:
  • Advanced MS Excel (must-have).
  • Knowledge of SQL, data analysis tools, or ERP systems (preferred).
  • Experience with dashboards/reporting tools is a plus.
Communication:
  • Strong ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
