Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst who will play a critical role in improving operational efficiency across the organization. This is not a financial analyst role—the focus is on process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and operational optimization.
You will act as a bridge between business operations and technology, working closely with leadership to drive performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Optimization:
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Develop process maps and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Data Analysis & Modeling:
- Collect, interpret, and analyze data to support business decisions.
- Build models for forecasting, trend analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements.
Strategic Improvement Initiatives:
- Design and implement policies, procedures, and process improvements.
- Drive initiatives focused on productivity, cost optimization, and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and IT teams.
- Align operational processes with overall business objectives.
Reporting & Insights:
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership.
- Translate data into actionable insights and measurable ROI.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education::
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Analysis / Operations / Process Improvement.
Core Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with data forecasting and performance metrics (KPIs).
- Ability to handle complex datasets and derive insights.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel (must-have).
- Knowledge of SQL, data analysis tools, or ERP systems (preferred).
- Experience with dashboards/reporting tools is a plus.
Communication:
- Strong ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
